8.03.23 – Thursday
- My first clothing exchange went well. There was a lot of cancellations that bummed me out at first. But Marijo + Luis came through. Haven’t seen those souls in forever! It was a blessing they showed up.
- Marijo bought a canvas! My first full price sell. I hope she wears it well.
- Definitely had a busy day but I’m finally able to rest in the plane. It’s hard for me to fall asleep but I’m gonna go ahead and try to get some shut eye. Even if it’s for an hour, that’s all I need.
- Super excited to explore Korea. 10 million population city. There’s so much to see and do. Looking forward to seeing Leena. She’s the sweetest.
- NOTE: I just wanted to highlight the dentist I had on Wednesday. The way she said “floss and brush your teeth twice a day” was so cheerful and cute that It was burnt itself deep inside my brain.
- Leena’s voice messages are equally as cute. Man I love women and their pretty voices.

8.05.23 – Saturday
- Many it was a long time day of traveling. 3 hr wait -> 12 hour flight – 3 hr wait -> 2 hour flight -> 3 hour trip. That’s almost 24 hours of pure movement and traveling. It got even crazier when I started hitting language barriers. Took for granted the power of latin alphabet.

- I’m actually pleasantly surprised how helpful Korean people are. I got approached several times when I looked confused. I really do appreciate the thoughtfulness.

- Next time I have to be kinder to myself and don’t pack such a heavy backpack. I hardly used half the stuff I packed. So why carry it with me? Next time. – I was so hot and sweaty by the time I got to the Airbnb. It was one of the most liberating showers.

- It was so crazy seeing Leena again for the first time. We kind of sat there looking at each other weirdly. She really enjoyed my two presents. She was literally throwing a fit at the amount of edibles I brought in for her. It’s super rare to get such a thing.
- She treated me out to KBBQ and it was pretty cheap. Only 45$ for the whole meal for the both of us.

- Walking around was pretty cool after dinner. There’s so many photography studios. Never experience anything like it. I also got warned to be more modest in showing skin. Try to hide as much skin as possible. I have my work around but man do tank tops feel nice.

- So far it’s been a great introduction to Korea. Thankful for Leena to show the customs and to spend time with me. Can’t wait til Gex gets here.

8.07.23
- Third day in Korea. Just exploring and looking for clothes. Gonna head to global ATM and withdraw some serious cash to pay for my tattoo next week. It would just feel good to have the cash ready. It’ll be about 1,100,000 won that I will be carrying.

- Thirs day almost wrapped up! Pretty fun day, a lot of walking. The most thus far. The public transportation is really good here! I got to work on a  stone carving with Aaron. The teacher was really sweet and was a great teacher! The tea she had was really delicious.

- The journey to get more cash was hilarious. We tried four different banks and the ATM that worked was a random ATM booth in a park. Who know?

- Meeting with Gex’s friend Justin was a treat. He showed us the dopest alleyway full of restaurants. We ended up eating some KBBQ and it was so yummy. He paid for the whole meal so I definitely have to trutn the favor.

- I bought a really cool vayne figurine. It ended up being a lot cheaper than expected. Overall, a really fun day and the weekend just started. Let’s go make some new memories! – Can’t Sleep

8.08.23 – Tuesday.
- Lots of walking today. Getting used to the heat. Aaron’s friend Justin is super cool. Korean people are so accommodating and friendly. Lovely walk through old villagesm got some good soup. Our dumbasses took the wrong direction train. Thank god it was a loop.

8.11.23 – Friday
- Officially hit the halfway point of the tirp. Honestly it’s been so fun and lots of memories ot be made.

- Typhoons and lost phones. First days and night photoshoots. 29th birthdays and cake hunting. I’m living my best life. Seoul Pub crawl was dopr for meeting new people and it was my first time getting super messed up internationally.

- Waking up in the morning realizing I had lost my phone was a wake up call. Thankfully, I was able to find it. Shouts out ot Aaron for escorting me through it all. Couldn’t ask for a more accommodating friend.

- Meeting up with Taylor was one of the best first days I ever had. We ended up hanging out for five hours which is pretty impressive.
- We actually attended the same community college and we met eachother in Korea which is sick. She has really pretty eyes and nice hair too. We have so many shared interests which is insane. The conversation flowed endlessly. I can’t wait to see her again. Here’s to hoping.
- Been loving this trip and there’s so much to do!

8.13.23 – Sunday
- Honestly these last few days contend as the best days of my life. So eventful and full of life.

- Leena taking use on a long bicycle ride.
- Security guard greeting me with an informal “thank you”
- Meeting a well-traveled grandma at the top of the mountain
- Being bombarded with insanely cute Korean women on our street.

Life is good.

8.14.23
- Just when I feel like I am satisfied with my trip, it just keeps on leveling up. Started the morning getting a fancy Korean watch that’s only available here.
- Then I set up my watch and get checked out the tattoo shop. Super excited to finally get it done.

- Then I matched with this banger of a girl Allison. We got coffee -> dinner -> and a really fun hike up to the top of Seoul Tower.
- She struck me as really beautiful but her personality shines so much that I’m just happy to be her friend. It’s so wild that I got along with her so well and so fortunate to meet her today.
- It was refreshing to be able to hear such good feedback from her and for her to spend 5 hours with me. The dating scene is insane here.
- Later that night I came by the convencience story ate some sandwiches and some icecream at a nature bench. Such a simple act but I savored that moment because I honestly felt content with everything that has happened in my life so far. - Truly, I am so blessed. I love my little life.

8.15.23
- Super happy that Allison joined us for the day. It was so fun to pop into her life even for a brief moment. She essentially hung out with us for ten hours.
- We got coffee, met up for KBBQ, went over to the river park. Bought a 4$ jelly burger. Then we took the metro to Lottle tower and explored some crazy nice malls. We saw a beautiful sunset and watch the city go dark. It was hard to see her go but happy she stopped briefly in my life:)
- Honestly Allison really upped my perception in dating again. It was so refershing to feel like my authentic self and it was so easy to vibe well with her.
- She’s such a gentle soul and I enjoyed my time with her. Truly adding to my international experience here in Korea. I can envision a good life for me in the States. I know I have the ability to attract wonderful people in my life. Just have to preservere and wait for the special person in my life. I am so close.

”Why are you flexing right now?” “It’s fine. It’s fine.”
- It’s so easy to get her to laugh. Man, I am so lucky to be able to experience this. Truly blessed. I am so happy this trip turned out this way. ANother happy memeory stored in the lively life on mine.

8.16.23 - Wednesday
- Still feeling the loss of a friend but I have to remain strong and end on a good note instead of forcing something that ended well.
- Spent 11 hours in a tattoo shop. My artist Minos is truly an artist. He did such a good job on my tattoo. I am beyond pleased with what he crrafted on me. A perfect momento. He was so thorough and proud of his work. Even on his “break time” he used it to teach an apprentice. Beyong thrilled to be paired with him.

- Having slow data forced me to bike home. I’m glad I did because it led me to hte sketchiest journey home. It was telling me to cross a whole ass freeway. Sheesh. This trip was so sulfilling in so many ways. Memories I won’t forget. Incredible food experiences and meeting wonderful people along the way. Truly living my best life.

8.17.23 - Thursday
- So thankful of the opportunityies given to me. I got to meeting WIldberry who has been a true angel. Such a great model in front of the camera. I even got to see Aaron flex his game on her too which was a beautiful sight to see.
- WIldberry convinced me to see Allison again and that was a great insight to part with. I still have one day left and I want to end the trip with someone I really vibed with. It’s paramount I lower the teasing to the bare minimum. I have to really show her the loving part of me if I truly want to leave an international impression. It would be practice for me and she deserves way better for how sweet and nice she it. I owe her atleast that. So cheers for one more good night. End on a happy note.

8.19.23
- Pedagogy - The method and practice of teaching, especially as an acadmeic subject or theoritical concept.

- Man oh man. That was a trip of a lifetime. So many sights to see and cool people I’ve met. Such a high point in my life. I think I might of met my soutmake in Korea. Sounds so cliche but I can’t deny the feelings I’ve experienced. She’s so beautiful and creative. It feels so easy intereacting with her and making her laugh. She obviously is into me as well. You don’t spend 11 hours hanging out with someone you just met with out being attracted to them.
- She even has the straight line across her hand. The chances of that hapeening is so slim. I have to take it as a sign and try my best to pursue her and convience her to come to the US. I have to atleast try. I won’t let this opportunity go away.
- I guess it goes to show that new connections really do open up so many opportuntities. Meeting Wildberry was such a pleasant experience. She was sos weet and patient. Honestly one of the best camera model’s I’ve had. I really want to do her justice and do a good job on her photos.
- How that vacation time is over. I have to work on my fundamentals. My core tenets. Photography/creative work and my fitness. I also spend so much money so I have to think as frugal as possible moving forward. Getting back to zero debt and building a savings will be essetial.
- I’m going back to work soon so developing a consistent sleep schedule is going to be key. I also have so much footage to edit and learn. I’m going to be quite the busy bee. But i am looking forward to it all.
- Been going a little crazy at the airport but I’m lucky because I have a lot of distractions. Been watching Jujustu Kaisen and have been enjoying the fights scenes.
- I called leena and of course being the older sister she has been she gave me really good perspective and advice.
She notices that I get really excited about romantic interests and put in a lot of expentactions - and it’s true that i do. She told me to take it a little slower and focus on the small steps. Dan’t scare her off and allow to love to trickle in. There’s power in the face times and phone calls. Let the relationship grow naturally wunhindered by expectations. Just have to be a little persistence and let the love flower naturally.
- I already made a really good impression, left a really heartfelt letter and have a really romantic night in Korea with her. She even complains about the raelity of dating. When I peeped her Hinge app, I’m the only match that she was kept. I’m her best option right now and I should’t have any anxiety if this will work out or not. The chimstry is too strong to let it fizzle out.
- Like Leena said. Simmer down the expectations and just enjoy this beautiful connection that I’ve made. She even complimented my smile and good eye contact . I’m glad she felt that heat from our gaze in the subway. Worse come to worst, I can honestly say that was my biggest and eventful trip of my life. I am just so thrilled and full of love from all those memories I made.
- So many heartfelt moments and fun spontaneous adventures. Even writing this right now in this moment, my heart feels so full. I got a permanent memrnto in the form of a well done red snake to forever remind me of how lucky I’ve been to experience such joy and the good energy of all the close people in my life.
- Just watched Knock on the Cabin. Very interesting premis, I actually enjoyed the characters a lot. At first I Didn’t like the fiesty guy but once they showcased his background, I really understood his role. I love how the twist of the movie was revealed right at the biginning of the film and how they played with your expectations. There was a lot I learned from the film.

A: Swimming is an essentialy skill. I need to learn how ASAP. In the meantime, I’m definitely keeping my life jacket in my closet.
B: I really need to be passionate about the work I do at CPHS. I can still make a difference in student’s lives. Need ot be more meaning ful in my interactions with students.

- It’s been a long back and forth between Allison and I. I sort of revealed my desperation towards her and she was able to see through my immaturity. I realize I have a lot of growing pains and I act disingenious with my jokester attitude. When courting girls, I really got to tone it back because I often go back and revered what I said. It’s honest feed back I truly needed to hear.
- I was able to clear up the confusion through a two hour Facetime with her. I guess I really am a mess internally. I barely manage to win her back to my favor but If I trulywant to deserve her company, there are a lot of growing paints I have to overcome. But I feel good about my footaging because she’s also intential avour her relationships and she chose me for the time being.
- It’s been good because sh’es challenging me to be a better person and I have to do my part to ivnest in my self as well. Until then, I have to take things slow and be mindfulf about the things I say to her.

8.21.23 - Monday
- Limerance - An intense desire for someone, with intrusive thoughts and a desire for a relationship and reciprocation.
- A fantastic term coined from Lisa. Perfectly describes my situation right now. Allison correctly called out my desperation for connection for good reasons.
- I still have a lot of growing up to do. Especially for calling her a “solution” to my dating problems. There’s a lot of self work I need to do. Also I wahve to be a lot more genuine with the things I saw when courting women. It creates a lot of confusion.
- I also need to value my journey to growth. A women isn’t going to magically sovle my issues. I have to build my foundations to be able to pair with a deserving woman. Also I have to mature with my ongoing relationships, there’s a lot of immaturity festering and I need to move past that to achieve my goals.
- However. I am so proud of myself for all the productivity I acccomplisted today. Time away from League has shown how much life has to offer away from the computer.

8.23.23
- It’s funny how spending time away from the PC brings me so much joy. Definitely gotta break up the day by going outside.
- Really wanting to test out the waking up at 5:30am everyday so I can talk to allison in the morning. Let’s see if she bites but I really rolled the perfect dice roll meeting her. Have to invest 100%

8.30.23
- First day of school. I’m honestly enjoying it. RME is doing so much better than last year, the improvement is insane to watch. The words Allison sent really hel true. Really focus on what impact I can do with my role here. I really do feel at home here at CPHS. It’s been such a blessing to land a job here. I can’t ask for more.
- I really want to get into habit of sleeping early and walking up early so I can chat with Allison when she closes for the day. She really is a catch and I’m going to try my hardest to maintain a relationship with her. See how things go.
